Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information this website handles and why. We keep it simple because the site itself is simple: it shows our work and lets you send us a quote request.

What we collect, and when

Quote requests. If you submit a quote request, we receive the information you type (name, company, email, phone, preferred contact method, project details and notes) and any files you attach (artwork, photos, sketches). We use it for one purpose: to review your project, contact you, and prepare your quote.
Nothing else. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, we do not sell or rent personal information, and this site has no user accounts and processes no payments.

Information stored on your device

While you build a quote request, your in-progress answers are saved in your own browser's local storage so you can leave and continue later. That data stays on your device until you submit, clear it with "Clear entire quote request," or clear your browser data. It is not an account and we cannot see it until you submit.

Cookies and your choice

When you first open this site you are asked to accept or decline cookies, and the site works either way. Here is exactly what the answer changes.

If you accept. The Google map in the Visit section loads, and Google sets its own cookies when it does. Your in-progress quote is saved in this browser so you can come back to it later.
If you decline. The map is not loaded at all, so Google sets nothing; the address and a directions link take its place, and you can still load the map once by hand if you want it. Your quote is held in memory for the visit only and is gone when you close the tab.

Two things are kept either way, because the site cannot work without them and neither identifies you: a record of the answer you gave, so we do not ask again, and a short log of quote submissions from this browser that stops the form being flooded. We use no advertising or analytics cookies at all, under either answer.

You can change your answer at any time with the Cookies link at the bottom of any page. Declining after having accepted also deletes the quote data already saved in this browser.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, which are delivered to our business email. Netlify's own privacy policy applies to its processing (netlify.com/privacy).
Google Maps powers the map on our Visit section. Loading the map is subject to Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Retention and your choices

Quote request emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us — email conceptiondesign2016@gmail.com or call 786 253 1565 and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep a record.

How we share information

We share the information you submit only with the service providers named above (to deliver it to us), with professionals who help us run the business where genuinely needed, or if the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to what a quote genuinely needs, which keeps the risk small. This site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because it does not track visitors in the first place.

Children

This website offers commercial printing and signage services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Terms of Use

Quote requests are not orders

Submitting a quote request through this website does not create an order, a contract, or a confirmed price. Every request is reviewed by Conception Design, and price, artwork, materials, timing and production details are confirmed with you directly before anything is made. Descriptions and diagrams on this site (including placement illustrations) are approximate visual aids, not specifications.

Your uploads

By uploading artwork or photos you confirm you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of preparing your quote and producing your project. You keep whatever rights you have in your own artwork.

Our content

The photographs and videos on this site show real Conception Design projects and, together with the site's text and design, are the property of Conception Design or used with permission. Please don't copy or republish them without asking. Customer names and logos shown belong to their respective owners.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conception Design is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you may have under law that cannot be limited.

Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to this entire website. By accessing or browsing it you accept them. We may update or revise these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page; continued use of the site after a change is posted means you accept the change. This website is intended for general audiences and for business customers; it is not directed to children under 13.

Customer names, logos and marks shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear only to document real work.

Errors and changes

Despite our efforts, this website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and the information on it may change at any time without notice. We assume no obligation to update any particular page and are not bound by an obvious error. You are responsible for confirming any detail that matters to your project — every real specification is confirmed with you directly before production.

Qué recopilamos, y cuándo

Solicitudes de cotización. Si envías una solicitud de cotización, recibimos la información que escribes (nombre, empresa, correo, teléfono, método de contacto preferido, detalles del proyecto y notas) y los archivos que adjuntes (arte, fotos, bocetos). La usamos para un solo propósito: revisar tu proyecto, contactarte y preparar tu cotización.
Nada más. No usamos rastreadores de publicidad ni cookies de analítica, no vendemos ni rentamos información personal, y este sitio no tiene cuentas de usuario ni procesa pagos.

Información guardada en tu dispositivo

Mientras armas una solicitud de cotización, tus respuestas en progreso se guardan en el almacenamiento local de tu propio navegador para que puedas salir y continuar después. Esos datos permanecen en tu dispositivo hasta que envíes la solicitud, los borres con "Borrar toda la solicitud de cotización", o borres los datos de tu navegador. No es una cuenta y no podemos verlos hasta que envíes.

Cookies y tu elección

Al abrir este sitio por primera vez te preguntamos si aceptas o rechazas las cookies, y el sitio funciona de las dos maneras. Esto es exactamente lo que cambia tu respuesta.

Si aceptas. Se carga el mapa de Google de la sección Visítanos, y Google coloca sus propias cookies al hacerlo. Tu cotización en curso se guarda en este navegador para que puedas continuarla más tarde.
Si rechazas. El mapa no se carga, así que Google no coloca nada; en su lugar aparecen la dirección y un enlace para llegar, y aun así puedes cargar el mapa una vez a mano si lo quieres. Tu cotización se mantiene solo en memoria durante la visita y desaparece al cerrar la pestaña.

Dos cosas se guardan en ambos casos, porque el sitio no puede funcionar sin ellas y ninguna te identifica: el registro de la respuesta que diste, para no volver a preguntarte, y un registro breve de los envíos de cotización desde este navegador que evita que se sature el formulario. No usamos ninguna cookie de publicidad ni de analítica, con cualquiera de las dos respuestas.

Puedes cambiar tu respuesta cuando quieras con el enlace Cookies al final de cualquier página. Rechazar después de haber aceptado también borra los datos de cotización ya guardados en este navegador.

Proveedores de servicio

Netlify aloja este sitio web y procesa los envíos del formulario, que se entregan a nuestro correo del negocio. La política de privacidad de Netlify aplica a su procesamiento (netlify.com/privacy).
